Three suites, one seamless floor system.
When the ownership group renovated this ±28,000 SF industrial building on Joyce Ave, we handled the floors for all three suites — from worn, cracked concrete to a durable, showroom-quality finish. It's the same epoxy and polished concrete systems we install in garages and retail spaces, scaled up for industrial use and heavy daily traffic.
